Exchange is not accepted and refund is only available if items are damaged (pendants/rings/earrings only, exclude damages on buckles/clips) upon receipt. Please send me a photo of the damaged item within one month of your ordering date (10 days for HK customers) and return the damaged item by post. Refund will be made upon receipt of the damaged items after deducting the shipping charges. Request made afterwards will not be entertained.
Please make sure your address is correct. I cannot be responsible for items lost by the post office. If your item was undelivered and returned to me, refund will be made, except shipping charges.
我們並不接受貨品更換。貨品如在收到時損壞可選擇退款(只限介子/耳環/鍊上的吊飾, 並不包括扣子的損壞), 請於下單日起計10日內提出並電郵損壞貨品的照片, 確認受理後請將損壞貨品寄回給我們, 我們將全扣除郵費後全數退回款項。10日後提出的退款要求將不獲受理。
請確保提供正確的地址。我們恕未能負責郵遞錯誤的損失。若郵件遭退回本店, 客戶可選擇退回款項(已付之郵費除外)
